After its great success on the major international TV channels, the documentary “On the Trails of Glacier”, realized during the first expedition of the project headed by Fabiano Ventura, in Karakorum (Pakistan) 2009, it is no competing at the prestigious “Sondrio Festival”, the international documentaries festival on the Natural Parks, which will take place October 10^th to 16^th 2011.

The documentary, one out of 14 selected on 80 documentaries presented to the festival, will be showed Oct 13 at 21:30 in Sondrio. It will participate to the international contest, which every year sees from 1987, the participation of the best naturalistic documentaries, of great scientific and cinematographic qualities, realized in Natural Parks and protected areas all over the world.

“On the Trails of the Glaciers” tells the most important phases of the first and spectacular expedition in karakorum, headed by Fabiano Ventura, creator of the photographic-scientific project, which aim at studying the effects of the climate changes on the most important mountain glaciers on Hearth. Massimiliano Sbrolla and Paolo Aralla are the authors of the documentary produced by “SD Cinematografica” of Roberto Dall’Angelo.
